About the Owner, Kelly
Hello, I am thrilled to introduce myself as Kelly, owner of Sourdough Sweetie. I am a devoted wife, a mother to two beautiful little girls and a passionate sourdough baker. My fascination with sourdough bread led me to spend months perfecting the art of cultivating natural yeast. The result is 'Bertha', my beloved sourdough starter, and her sister starter, 'Glenda'.
I take great joy in creating a diverse array of delicious, healthy, and visually appealing bread and treats form scratch, all thanks to my sourdough starters. I guarantee the highest level of quality and flavor in every item I bake, using only the finest ingredients and traditional methods that have been used for centuries.
